This work is about how we relate to what we feel, what we carry, and what unfolds.

The name comes from conversation, being in relation, and aurora, the first light that appears when darkness begins to lift.

Much of life unfolds outside of our control, our beginnings, and our circumstances. The experiences that shape us are not always chosen.

Change begins with awareness, and with the ability to shift how we relate to what we carry. Through this shift in how we relate to pain, to experience, to life itself, greater clarity can emerge, and patterns of behavior can begin to change.

Over time, this can open space for more clarity, more intentional choices, and a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and to others like light gradually appearing at the horizon.
